Unable to run this template website locally. Help needed!

I was trying to launch this website locally on my computer. However, I keep getting errors.
This is what I did:
I have installed ruby, jekyll, and cloned this repository on VS code, needed to run this locally. Then used bundle install to install necessary gems and finallybundle exec jekyll serve to launch the server locally. However, I keep getting errors like some gemfiles such as csv missing and I have tried to add them manually but still new error appears (new gemfiles missing).
Then I tried to solve this with the help of chatGPT and it suggested to install a older version of ruby (2.7.8) and bundler (2.4.11), which I did but nothing works.
I have successfully launched other website templates "clean blog" on my PC following the exact same procedure. But for some reason this one keeps failing.

I am not a developer just a student trying to make professional portfolio so I don't know much of the technical details. I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like there is a version conflict going on with your package. The Docker version is set for Ruby 3.2, so you might want to try that version.

I have just tried to launch that site using ruby 3.2 but still facing an error. However, the error is different this time and I don't understand what it means!
I am using Ruby 3.2.11, bundler 4.0.12, and jekyll 4.4.1

Looks like the version of Liquid you are running is too old - you need to update it to at least 4.0.4.
