Summary

Add a consistent disabled visual state for marketplace actions that are temporarily unavailable.

Scope

• define disabled styling for market action buttons
• support tooltip or helper text where needed
• keep the state reusable across buy or manage actions

Acceptance Criteria

• unavailable actions look intentionally disabled
• user gets a clear signal that the action is not currently available
• styles stay consistent across affected buttons
