Add a small cleanup for creator link row separator opacity so repeated rows feel visually consistent.

Scope

• review the current separator opacity treatment on creator link rows
• extract or apply a consistent opacity value where the rows should match
• keep the change scoped to the relevant creator link row separators

Acceptance Criteria

• creator link row separators use one consistent opacity rule where intended
• the update does not affect unrelated borders or dividers
• the final styling still matches the current interface language
