Add visual progress indicator for multi-step onboarding flow

Summary
The multi-step onboarding flow has no visual indicator showing how many steps there are or which step the user is currently on. A step progress indicator reduces uncertainty and helps users gauge how much more is required before they can start using the app.

Scope

• add a visual step progress indicator to the onboarding flow
• highlight the current step and show completed and upcoming steps
• ensure the indicator is accessible with aria attributes for screen readers

Acceptance Criteria

• the current step is visually distinguished from completed and upcoming steps
• screen readers can determine the current step number and total step count
• the indicator updates correctly as the user advances through steps
