PR description: Adds a visual step progress indicator to the creator onboarding form so users can see completed, current, and upcoming steps while moving through the flow. The shared Stepper now supports labeled steps, distinct current/completed/upcoming states, and accessible announcements with aria-current and step count context for screen readers. The onboarding form updates the active step as users focus or edit each field, with coverage added for the indicator’s accessible state changes.
