Add unit tests for the toast queue ensuring multiple toasts stack and dismiss independently

Summary

When multiple toasts are triggered in quick succession, each should be visible simultaneously and dismiss independently on its own timer without affecting the others. Unit tests should confirm the queue handles concurrent toasts correctly.

Scope

• Trigger three success toasts in rapid succession
• Assert all three are visible at the same time
• Advance timers by 4 seconds and assert all three are dismissed
• Trigger two toasts, manually close the first, and assert the second is unaffected
• Assert toast order is consistent (first in, first dismissed)

Acceptance Criteria

• Three concurrent toasts all visible simultaneously
• All three dismissed after 4 seconds
• Manually closing one toast does not affect others
• Toast order is first-in-first-out
