v26.10.2 — Hotfix: EmComm Layout

Hotfix for 26.10.1. The EmComm layout crashed on open for everyone, hosted and self-hosted. Reported by Michael, KE8PLM, within hours of the release — thank you.

🚨 FIX: EmComm Layout Crashed on Open (#1223)

Opening EmComm mode showed "OpenHamClock hit an error — Cannot access 'xt' before initialization" and the whole layout went down. The per-station message history added in 26.10.1 registered its "Messages ↗" listener above the function it calls, which React evaluates during render. Moved it below. If you were stuck on the error page, a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) is all you need.

Everything else is identical to 26.10.1.
