PR1 beta2 for real-hardware validation.

This beta includes:

• PR #67 ConfigFlow / options flow fixes
• support for init_command in the user flow
• removal of unique_id from the user-facing flow
• options flow crash fix
• setup robustness fix from PR #83 for stale/broken symlinks in scripts/setup.sh
• latest main updates up to and including PR #82

Recommended retest focus:

• existing migrated setup remains stable
• Configure no longer crashes
• init_command is available in the UI flow
• stoves requiring init_command: True can be configured through the UI
