Beta3 stabilization build for PR1.\n\nIncludes:\n- stable climate unique IDs based on config-entry unique_id (host:port)\n- entity-registry migration for legacy / PR1 duplicate climate IDs\n- runtime translations for ConfigFlow and OptionsFlow\n- previous setup/symlink fix from beta2\n\nValidated from a fresh devcontainer path with:\n- scripts/setup.sh\n- pytest -q tests (16 passed)\n- Home Assistant boot in the clean container
