Pre-release
PR2 beta refresh for real-world testing, published after merging PR2 into main on March 14, 2026.
This pre-release supersedes v2026.03.12-beta1 and keeps the same PR2 scope, with the follow-up fixes that landed during review.
Included in this beta:
- dedicated read-only sensors
- pressure switch binary sensor
- temporary compatibility window for legacy climate attributes
- migration coverage for upgrades from pre-PR1 installs
Fixes since v2026.03.12-beta1:
- align the Docker/dev setup with HA 2026.x optional dependencies used by core service validation
- group climate, sensor, and binary sensor entities under the same Home Assistant device
- mark the dedicated read-only entities as diagnostic
- keep migration smoke working on forks too
- fix the ConfigFlow-only startup case without breaking the legacy/YAML migration path
This beta is intended for final IRL validation before a stable release.
Please report stove model, bridge type, what works, what fails, and logs if available.
