JevCompass 0.1.18 clarifies the privacy boundary for optional custom-skill curation. When you explicitly approve a local catalog entry, its ID and your generic capability/use/avoid fields may be sent to OpenRouter for optional ranking. Raw SKILL.md contents, paths, prompts and code remain local.

The release documentation now includes README, ROADMAP, TASKS, and RELEASE_NOTES updates. CI requires all four documents in future version-bump PRs.

Install: pipx install jevcompass==0.1.18, then jevcompass install --dry-run, jevcompass install, and jevcompass doctor. Review /hooks and start a fresh Codex session.

Validation: 271 Python 3.11 tests, green hosted CI on PR #83, exact-tag distribution audit and isolated pipx wheel smoke. macOS runtime, fresh Desktop prompt delivery, and repeatable speed or quality gains remain unverified.
