Publishes the three explicit, nonblocking coding-decision commands that matured on main since v0.1.22, plus the typed-decision cache and a fifth bundled skill. Full change list and evidence boundaries: CHANGELOG.md.

  • jevcompass strategy choose — pretask strategy advice from allowlisted signals; verified --contract-evidence and --resolved-strategy route locally with no remote call.
  • Opt-in strategy hook: jevcompass install --strategy-advice / --disable-strategy-advice.
  • jevcompass tests discover / rank — post-change focused-test ordering; prints an order, never executes tests, preserves the required gate; verified coverage/runtime signals and coverage targets; bounded decision reasons.
  • jevcompass triage — enum-only first-diagnostic-step ranking with observed exit codes; --import-observation / --assertion-observation / --timeout-observation local-resolution facts; opt-in --rank-hypotheses; per-step selection provenance.
  • Caller-verified diagnostic costs: --diagnostic-cost HYPOTHESIS=low|medium|high|unknown — ordering guidance only, never causal-likelihood evidence, never waives required checks.
  • Opt-in typed-decision cache (JEVCOMPASS_TYPED_DECISION_CACHE=1) with explicit provenance labels.
  • Fifth bundled skill jevcompass-coding-workflow; the opt-in installer now ships five skills.

Advice stays nonblocking; remote ranking sees only allowlisted coarse metadata; original failing exits and required validation are preserved. No repeatable speed, quality, or cost benefit is established; macOS runtime and fresh Desktop prompt delivery remain unverified.
