Fix: smem doctor --fix now persists config freshness. The stale [conflict] section check (no ConflictConfig, never emitted by save()) is replaced by UnifiedConfig.SECTION_NAMES as the single source of truth shared by save() and the doctor check; --fix now re-verifies on disk. See CHANGELOG.
