SMTP Connector for MailerSend v1.0.3

Version 1.0.3 aligns the plugin header and all translation calls with the official WordPress.org slug smtp-connector-for-mailersend.

Updating an existing installation

Upload viazen-mailersend-smtp.zip through Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin, then select Replace current with uploaded. Do not delete the existing plugin first. Normal replacement preserves the saved SMTP username, password, sender, credential status, and diagnostic.

Verification

• WordPress Plugin Check passed against the official WordPress.org slug.
• PHPStan level 10 and WordPress Coding Standards passed on PHP 8.1 and PHP 8.4.
• Semgrep passed.
• A real sandbox update from version 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 preserved credentials and diagnostics.

SMTP Connector for MailerSend v1.0.2

This is the first public GitHub release of SMTP Connector for MailerSend, an independent WordPress plugin by acodebeard.

Highlights

• Routes WordPress wp_mail() messages, including Contact Form 7 mail, through authenticated MailerSend SMTP.
• Adds a non-sending SMTP credential check with prominent Valid, Not valid, and Not checked states.
• Keeps the saved SMTP username visible while never rendering the saved password in admin HTML.
• Preserves Reply-To, CC, BCC, HTML content, message bodies, and attachments.
