Continuous sync — mcptoon sync --watch

mcptoon now keeps every detected agent's MCP config aligned automatically:

mcptoon sync --watch                      # foreground loop
mcptoon sync --watch --interval 5 --quiet # daemon-friendly
  • Pure-stdlib polling (os.stat fingerprinting) - identical on Windows / macOS / Linux
  • Drift detection: external edits to agent configs are re-merged (manual servers preserved) or flagged in --watch-mode strict
  • Debounced writes; aborts with exit code 1 after repeated failures
  • New docs page: docs/comparison.md - setup/token/safety numbers for every cross-agent approach
  • README rewritten in EN + zh-CN; PyPI description aligned to measured 99.8% figure
