v2.5.2 - Editor dropdowns fixed, wind gust unit conversion

• Editor dropdowns were dead. Entity, Language, Precipitation Type, and both Units selectors opened but wouldn't accept a click. Home Assistant removed mwc-list and mwc-menu from the frontend, which ha-select depends on internally. All five are now native <select> elements styled with HA CSS variables, so they can't break this way again.
• inHg pressure had no unit label. The locale files defined hPa and mmHg but never inHg, so the card showed a bare number. Added to all 23 locales.
• Number fields saved as strings. chart_height wrote "180" instead of 180. Clearing a number field now unsets it instead of writing 0.
• Typo: "Curent temperature Font Size".

Added

• Wind gust speed unit conversion. Gust speed ignored the Units setting and showed the raw value with the wrong label. From upstream PR mlamberts78#262 by @juhovan, applied to src/ and guarded against entities that don't report gusts.

Replaced ha-textfield with native inputs
Replaced ha-radio with native radio inputs
Replaced mwc-button with native buttons for the settings tabs
Radio labels are now clickable
Fixed _valueChanged writing booleans instead of values for text inputs
