Requires macOS 26 on Apple Silicon.

If macOS says the app "cannot be opened", this build was not
notarised. Right-click the app ▸ Open, then confirm — or run
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine Artscribe.app. A notarised build
opens normally.

Artscribe is GPLv3. It links Rubber Band (GPLv2-or-later) and
libsamplerate, whose licences travel inside the bundle.
