Initial public release. Complete port of the Beacon Audit standalone application: project + URL management, asynchronous audits via Action Scheduler, dashboards, CSV and PDF reports, threshold-breach alert emails, and per-project email subscriptions.

Requirements

No zip attached — .distignore was added later in the 1.0.0 development cycle, so no clean packaging recipe exists for this commit. Build directly from the v1.0.0 tag if needed.
