The internal azure-bootstrap plugin is now vibey-bootstrap (skills vibey-bootstrap-{core,primitives,subpackages,typescript}), documenting the library under its 4.0.0 names (pip install vibey-bootstrap, import vibey_bootstrap, vibey-bootstrap CLI). If you had the old plugin installed: /plugin install vibey-bootstrap@vibey-skills. Marketplace and package are 2.1.0.

First release under the new name. vibey-skills was formerly vibe-engineering-skills (see NOTICE.md): PyPI package, CLI (vibey-skills; vibe-skills kept as a deprecated alias), and Claude Code marketplace are all renamed; MIT with attribution to The Vizius Group. Migration table in the README.
