v0.1.0 - Parser and Planner with Dry-Run Output

Initial release featuring:

• ✅ Command parsing with grammar validation
• ✅ Execution plan generation
• ✅ Dry-run mode that prints JSON plans
• ✅ Helpful error messages with suggestions

This is the first milestone (v0.1.0) of the req HTTP client. It provides the foundation for intent-based HTTP commands with a natural grammar.
