Changes:

Pass on command line arguments like --verbose and --vrmode to Beat Saber
Fix a crash when playing offline
Fix an edge case crash when IPA doesn't exist
Fix a crash when a directory exists during package extraction
Fix parts of autoupdate
Allow the installer to install over the top of old versions
