Breaking change
HackerRankClient(token:baseURL:scimBaseURL:session:) and HackerRankClient.live(...) now throw when the API base URL is invalid. Add try when constructing a client. This makes endpoint validation from PaginatedRESTClient 0.5 available without a build failure.

Restore Bearer authentication for HackerRank's separate SCIM API origin.
