fix: stop naming a stale API host in the server placeholder

The comment pointed at api.adaption.ai, which is not where the plugin
connects. manifest.json already declares the endpoint, so the comment
defers to it rather than repeating a value that can drift again.

Rebuilds the bundle so the shipped artifact matches the sources.
