Seems that the authoring tool and the framework are working from two different sets of default sizes.
Framework defaults are 520, 760, and 900 and are found here and here and here
Authoring tool defaults are 519, 759, and 1024 and are found here and here
Can these be the same in both tools? Otherwise shops will have to keep track of which customized menus and themes work with 900 and which with 1024--will it be the developer's job to change the FW defaults to match those in the AT or will it be the course author's job to change the AT's defaults to match those used by the chosen menu/theme?
And a forum poster had a scenario where he needed to rebuild a course exported from the AT--but grunt was using 900 instead of 1024 and overwriting it during the rebuild. (I don't know if this issue still exists.)
