• ProductFormatDeclaration now names the 16-branch authoring union. Validate
  it with validate_union or TypeAdapter; use Format for open consumer
  parsing and projection helpers.
• Source requests and manifests bind identity.consumer_id to the obligation
  owner. Retained ownerless evidence keeps its canonical hashes. An active
  owned generation cannot replay an ownerless or differently owned frozen
  acquisition; reconcile that state and create a new generation.
• First automatic reads spread after actual offering readiness within a window
  of up to five minutes by default, bounded by delivery/recovery headroom,
  period length and cadence. Set read_jitter_window=timedelta(0) on the
  producer, Core service or ReportingProductionOptions to opt out.
• Strict format-kind helpers are opt-in; consumer fields remain open strings.
• supported_versions restricts each server's dispatch and advertisement.
  Public GET/HEAD discovery accepts foreign Origins while retaining Host
  checks; browser CORS remains separately configured.
