🚀 Release Addon Bone v0.9.0 (2026-08-28)

Secondary locales must define default plural keys. Direct LocaleProvider
implementations must add languageNames(). Generated types now augment LocaleNativeStructure.
Relay calls use mutually exclusive frame/document targets.
Remote Relay types are exported from adnbn, with entrypoint internals under
adnbn/entry/relay. DeepAsyncProxy is replaced by RpcAsyncProxy.
