Rig Compatibility
wfweb ships a rig file for each model below, inherited from wfview and extended as people report. "Reported" means someone has run it and said so in an issue or discussion; blank means nobody has told us yet. If your rig works, or does not, edit this page (or post in Discussions and someone will). A model missing from the list falls back to a generic profile that covers frequency, mode and basic control.
Column meanings: Server USB / LAN is the Server build over that connection; Standalone is the browser-only build (Icom over USB only); Scope is whether the waterfall works; CI-V max is the fastest rate the radio's port takes (wfweb's rig file knows it and auto-detects).

The Standalone build speaks only CI-V. On the Server these rigs use their own CAT dialects through wfview's commanders. Expect frequency, mode and basic control; the mode panels (FT8, JS8, CW, packet) work wherever audio reaches the browser. Band keys do a native band-select rather than recalling a band-stacking register.

| Interface | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Radio's own USB (CI-V + audio codec) | the normal path | One cable; see Icom Menu Settings. |
| Digirig | reported | IC-7000 on macOS (#3). Audio arrives as the Digirig's codec: pass --audio-device if it is not picked by default. |
| CI-V adapter on [REMOTE] (CT-17 style) | control only | Too slow for scope data; no audio. |
| Icom RS-BA1 / LAN accessories | as LAN rig | Same as the radio's built-in Ethernet. |
Say which build, which connection, the OS the server runs on (if any), and what did and did not work: scope, RX audio, TX audio from the browser mic, power on/off, memories, and any mode panel you tried. A link to the issue or discussion where you described it is the most useful part.
