v2.4.0 - Settings Menu, Drag Select, Mark Mode

Adding a Settings menu to the bar with two options:

• Drag Select - Left click items in "batch select" mode to select them, then move your mouse around to select more.
• Mark Mode - Right click photos to mark them with one of several icons for later tagging/moderating passes.
