🎤 Mic calibration files

The Auto-EQ (and the live RTA) can now read your measurement mic's calibration file, so room measurements are corrected for the mic's own frequency response.

How to use it

  1. Open a bus EQ in 31-BAND mode → AUTO-EQ
  2. Pick your measurement-mic channel
  3. Click 🎤 CAL and select the calibration file — the file name appears next to the button (× removes it)
  4. Run Auto-EQ as usual: the measurement now uses the corrected readings

Supported format
Plain-text frequency/dB pairs — exactly what miniDSP ships with the UMIK-1 and what REW uses (.txt, .cal, .frd). Header and comment lines (*, \", ;, #, "Sens Factor") are skipped automatically; comma decimals work too.

What happens under the hood
The curve is interpolated (log-frequency) onto the 31 ISO terz bands and subtracted from that channel's analyzer readings — the same convention REW uses. Both the live RTA display and the Auto-EQ averaging use the corrected values. Scope: per measurement channel, for the running session. No file loaded = uncorrected readings, exactly as before.
