Summary
Keeps the mobile carrying-blocks character whole on the live site. The build-time image service crops the image to the requested box while the dev service fits it inside, so the character shipped with its hair and shoes cut off in production and looked fine locally. The request now matches the source ratio, and the trap is recorded as a project gotcha.
