CREXX Dev Snapshot 20261012T172325Z

This is the latest successful build from the develop branch.
It is replaced by the next successful develop build and is not a versioned release.

Core downloads contain cREXX. For local inference, add the matching llama.rexx platform/backend ZIP and download a supported model separately. One MSVC Windows core supports either Vulkan or CUDA. MinGW is a core quality gate only.
Exact-revision installed SDK ZIPs are available as CREXX-sdk-a415090dc379c79ed62ef31298d183d93be7cc91-{windows-x64,macos-arm64,macos-x86_64}.zip. Verify the SHA-256 digest below before use. The separate llama runtime overlay must come from the same source revision and its backend must be qualified by the downstream application.

macOS .pkg assets, when present, are signed, notarized, stapled installers. macOS ZIP assets remain portable archives.
Windows testers: use CREXX-dev-snapshot-windows-x64-unsigned-setup.exe for installation, or CREXX-dev-snapshot-windows-x64.zip as the portable archive. Both are built automatically from commit a415090dc379. Unsigned applications may show Windows security warnings or be blocked by policy.

Add local inference with llama.rexx-dev-snapshot-windows-x64-vulkan-unsigned-setup.exe after installing the matching core. Its install, provider, reinstall and removal checks pass before publication.

Optional signed core and llama Vulkan ZIPs and setup executables are added together when the maintainer runs scripts/sign-windows-dev-snapshot.sh. Payloads, embedded uninstallers and setups are signed. Unsigned downloads remain available. Previous signed assets and legacy installers are removed whenever the snapshot is refreshed.

Four non-empty book PDFs built on Linux are attached for this commit.
