Fixed

• Autoloading for all subdirectories - Previously only audio, image, text subdirectories under app/agents/ were namespaced. Now any subdirectory (e.g., app/agents/embedders/, app/agents/tools/, app/agents/custom_foo/) is properly namespaced.
