• Embedder Fallback Model Resolution - Fixed bug where execute_batch ignored context.model set by reliability middleware, always using the class-level model. All fallback embedding attempts now correctly use the fallback model instead of re-calling the primary provider.
• Chat Agent Fallback Model Passthrough - Fixed execute in core/base.rb not passing context to build_client, causing fallback models to be ignored during chat agent execution.
