• Fix tenant resolver fallback in Tenant middleware — When multi_tenancy_enabled = true and a tenant_resolver is configured, calling an agent without an explicit tenant: option now correctly falls back to the configured resolver. Previously, the resolver was never consulted, resulting in tenant_id = nil on the Execution record (#12)
