Research Center works better and supports custom additions of patches, the Add functions for Move Tutors and Poke Marts work, and a lot of bugs were fixed from the previous version. Let me know what works and what doesn't as always.

FOR NOW: THE MOVES THAT YOU ADD TO TUTORS ARE NOT LEARNABLE BY ANY POKEMON. PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND. I WILL FIX IT LATER.
