For Claude Cowork users (non-technical install)

1. Open Claude Desktop and switch to the Cowork tab.
2. Click Plugins in the sidebar, then the + button, then Add marketplace.
3. Paste the repo URL: https://github.com/adimango/ai-adoption-playbook
4. Install ai-adoption-playbook from the marketplace list.
5. Trigger the playbook by saying one of:
   • "My board is asking about our AI strategy" (Stage 1)
   • "My CFO doesn't believe my AI numbers" (Stage 2)

Alternative: download ai-adoption-playbook.zip below and upload it via Plugins → + → Upload.

For Claude Code users (technical install)
