• Main README restructured: table of contents, 14 → 11 sections, sparse-checkout instructions, versioning FAQ
• "Why" sections tightened everywhere; skill descriptions capped at two sentences
• De-slopped: emoji-soup headers and hype words ("Premium", "Elite") removed, template-y card grids reverted to human prose

Visuals, hand-made

• Skill map SVGs (drawn in code, no AI art): full 47-skill map on the main README, per-category maps on each category README
• Mermaid mini-maps on every skill README showing "pairs well with" relationships
• Visual/text rhythm rebalanced — no more stacked visuals

Repo taken seriously

• CHANGELOG maintained per version
