Cover art from browser players

Album art now shows up for music and videos playing in a browser, like the Plex and YouTube websites. These players often share their artwork only with Windows' media controls, the same place the Windows volume popup gets its cover, so VibeThing now gets it from there when it isn't provided any other way.

• If a cover takes a moment to load, the CarThing now asks again for a few seconds instead of staying blank for the rest of the song
• The log now records where each song's cover came from, to help track down missing art
