docs: refresh wiki for v0.1.1 stable and roadmap
docs: disclose opt-out anonymous diagnostics
v0.1.1 is the first stable release that sends anything. Replace the remaining 'nothing else' / crash-report-only wording with the actual network behaviour: GitHub update checks, the feedback config, crash traces, and the once-daily active-install ping.
Clarify: package repos are stable-only, beta source is public
The old wording ('download and install by hand') read as if betas
were closed-off. Pre-release *packages* are GitHub-release-assets
only, but every beta's full source is on the public beta branch —
state that explicitly in Home, Installation and Packaging.
Add full wiki: 13 pages + sidebar/footer + screenshots
Pages: Home, Features, Installation, Getting Started, Architecture,
Roadmap, Troubleshooting, Packaging and Releases, Development,
Contributing, About, Feedback, plus _Sidebar and _Footer.
Content cross-checked against all release notes (v0.1.0 through
v0.1.1-beta.6) and the current source: Settings is a five-section
sidebar (incl. Diagnostics and Data), strict auto-close is opt-in,
three built-in sound themes, real beta asset names, Steam/Proton
support, native C helpers and the watchdog supervisor.
