Building and researching distributed & decentralized systems.
I'm interested in how systems move value, information, and trust — and what happens when those systems fail.
My work sits around distributed systems, decentralized infrastructure, and financial systems.
I'm particularly interested in the engineering and security problems at the intersection of:
- Smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure
- Payments, custody, and settlement
- Distributed systems and coordination
- Protocol design and system correctness
- Security, failure modes, and adversarial behavior
The goal is not just to understand how these systems work, but to understand where they break, why they break, and how to build them better.
- Studying smart contract security through hands-on vulnerability research
- Reproducing vulnerabilities with minimal contracts and exploit tests
- Working through Ethernaut → Capture the Ether → Damn Vulnerable DeFi
- Reading real-world audit findings and tracing each issue back to its underlying pattern
- Building a deeper understanding of payment authorization, clearing, settlement, custody, and liquidity
- Exploring distributed-system design patterns for financial and decentralized infrastructure
I write technical breakdowns of vulnerabilities, protocols, distributed systems, and financial infrastructure.
