Summary

• Suivi financier : nouvelle carte « Réservations à venir, à date » qui compare les 12 prochains mois à la même date l'an dernier.
• Elle compte en réservations, nuits ou CA des nuits, montre le rythme des 7 et 30 derniers jours, et un clic sur un mois trace sa montée en charge.
• La comparaison n'apparaît qu'un an après l'import initial : la date de réservation retenue est celle de la création de la fiche.

Added

• Réservations à venir, à date on the Suivi financier (specs/booking-pace.md): for each of the
  next twelve stay months, what is booked today next to what was booked on the same date last year
  and what that month finally made, in réservations, nuits or CA des nuits; the pickup of the last
  7 / 30 days; a click on a month shows its « montée en charge ». The booking date is the fiche's
  creation date, so the comparison appears one year after the initial import.

Migration

• New table booking_pace_cancellations (written when an iCal cancellation is approved, so the
  deleted stay keeps counting on the dates it was booked) and index idx_reservations_createdAt.
  Additive; no existing row changes.
