fix: ACNA-2959, ACNA-2966, ACNA-2784 - creating a standalone app, and running aio app dev, results in an exception. add unit and e2e tests

• fixes creating a standalone app, and running aio app dev, results in an exception #22
• fixes sequences: the result of an action should be pass into the next action in the sequence #27
• see differences between remote and local: differences between remote actions/sequences and local app:dev #31
• added 100% complete coverage with unit tests (run npm test)
• added e2e tests (run npm run e2e)
• I tested against the production Adobe IO Runtime server with actions and sequences, to see what the behaviour is for the tested situations, and simulated it in the dev server
• the e2e tests can also be run against the production Adobe IO Runtime server (if we deploy the e2e/test-project), so we can sync any behavior (see e2e/e2e.md for steps to run e2e with a remote OW server)
