How Has This Been Tested?

• ./bin/run
• npm run lint
• npm run unit-tests (should fail with coverage stats)
• use this plugin to debug an action -- use this quickstart and local link this plugin
  • note the quickstart will not work (fails config validation) without this in-progress patch. I hotfixed it in my node_modules for testing

Unit tests and coverage are pending in another story.
