aio app logs --tail shows last log before running the command

I think this needed fixing in aio app run as the intention there would be to see logs generated by current run of the app.
But with aio app logs and aio rt logs the intention would be to get the logs that are already there and the additional --tail flag would be to continue seeing the logs coming in further. WDYT

hmm I would think that we want the same behavior for both aio app logs --tail and aio app run which is showing the logs coming in only from the moment where the command is run, and should not show any past logs.

aio app logs and aio rt logs without the --tail flag are not concerned by this, as they show past logs only

EDIT: I think it is better to keep each command to its purpose and not mix old logs with tail logs
