`aio-lib-osgi` should export `io.openapitools.jackson.dataformat.hal.*` packages

aio-lib-osgi should export io.openapitools.jackson.dataformat.hal.* packages

but it does not, as a result any osgi bundle importing Registration (and their HAL links) will fail to load
