Dilato: LOC: FR: "Default" tab and sort menu are overlapped on extension manage dialog

Steps:

1. Install and launch the Brackets
2. Open the Extension Manager dialog
3. Select the "Default" tab

Result: The "Default" tab and sort menu are overlapped
Expect: Overlap issue should be avoided
