Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+N shortcut to create a new folder

Quite used to Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+N to create a new folder within a file manager, couldn't help but see in the "File" menu of Brackets, "New File" is bound to Ctrl+N, but right below it "New Folder" has nothing. I think a lot of people would appreciate this shortcut seeing as Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+N seems currently unbound, and others as well as me are used to the convenience of that shortcut.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not totally sure about this, because eventually we want File > New to create a new untitled document (and not be tied to the current selection in the project panel, which is weird right now). I actually don't think File > New Folder should be in the main menu at all--it should really only be in the project panel, since it has to be contextual to the selection there.

Closing for the reasons mentioned above. We'll log a separate bug to remove New Folder from the File menu since it doesn't really belong there (other text editors only have it in their file panel).
