Live reload isn't working for non-HTML files

1. Create an HTML file referring to a JS file
2. Create the JS file
3. In the HTML file, invoke Live Preview
4. Switch to the JS file
5. Add alert("foo");
6. Save the JS file

Result: Page doesn't reload.

Hmmm, that's what git bisect tells me, but, I wonder if that's a red herring--I vaguely remember that this problem got fixed after that commit, but maybe re-broke again later. I'll look again.

Actually, now I'm not sure if we looked at this problem before, although I'm surprised it's been broken this long without anyone noticing. @jasonsanjose could you look into it and see if it really is related to that original commit?

Looks like this worked in sprint 29. I think you're right about the commit. Investigating.

Got it. The document url isn't set, so we don't return true from wasURLRequested. I'll have a fix later this evening.
