navigate the sidebar with the keyboard

It would be good to be able to control the sidebar using the keyboard
A key should be used to give focus to the side bar

In the side bar the following keys should work:
arrows, pgup, pgdn, home, end
quick-search when typing
del (delete file)
insert (create file)
shift-insert (create folder)
enter (open file in the editor area)
some key to exit the sidebar and go back to the editor
