Update of images fail #72
Description
If a block or block item has an image defined (like hero or card) but there is currently no image existing the updates of the image itself (patch > replace) or setting and image alt (patch > add) fail.
This can be reproduced by using a card or hero block, remove the image and try to re-add.
Looks like this is caused because the img tag is missing.
